As soon as possible, provide to the Christian Union Bible College, PO Box 27, Greenfield, OH 45123-0027 the following materials:

1. Download application form and $10 application fee (no refund)
2. Photograph
3. A 500-word essay of your life, conversion, calling, etc.
4. Arrange for high school transcript (or equivalent) to be sent to the registrar
5. Evidence of having health insurance
6. ACT test score or other evaluative information
